Terms
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of nascostolimited.com. By using the site you accept them. The site is published by Nascosto Limited, a private limited company registered in Ireland.
No advice, no offer
This is the part that matters, so it goes first. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any entity.
Nascosto Limited holds and manages its own assets. It does not manage money for third parties, does not accept outside capital, and is not authorised or regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland or any other financial regulator. It does not hold itself out as being so authorised. If you need advice, take it from someone qualified and regulated to give it.
What is on the site
The information here describes the company and what it holds, at the date of publication. We take care to keep it accurate and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or current, and we are not obliged to update it. Nothing here creates a contract or a relationship of any kind between us.
Statements about intentions, sectors or mandate are descriptions of how the company presently operates. They are not commitments, and they may change without notice or announcement.
Intellectual property
The Nascosto name, the Nascosto mark, the text, design and code of this site are owned by Nascosto Limited or used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to the site. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use the name or mark in a way that suggests association or endorsement.
Links out
Where this site links elsewhere — including to Nascosto Club — those destinations have their own terms and their own privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Enquiries you send us
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form. An unsolicited enquiry does not create any duty of confidence on our part, and we cannot undertake not to be working on something similar. If a discussion reaches the point where confidentiality matters, we will put an agreement in place first. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
