Nascosto Limited (“we”, “the company”) is a private limited company registered in Ireland. This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because the site collects very little.
What this site collects
Nothing at all unless you send us something. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and builds no profile of visitors. There is no mailing list.
If you submit the enquiry form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your organisation, if you choose to give one;
- the nature of the enquiry and whatever you write in the detail field;
- technical data incidental to the request — your IP address, used only to apply a short-term rate limit and to guard against automated abuse.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use what you send solely to read and answer your enquiry. Under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us. Where an enquiry leads to a commercial discussion, the basis becomes Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share them for anyone else's purposes.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and are stored in the company's mailbox. Spam and abuse protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives technical signals about the submission but not the contents of your message. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound to do so. Beyond them, nobody outside the company sees your enquiry unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the matter is live, and then for up to two years in case it resumes. Rate-limiting data is held in memory only and is discarded within minutes. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@nascostolimited.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Transfers outside the EEA
Our email and anti-abuse providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
